There were also the long list of 'substitutes' that we got because they had sold out of things, like baked potatoes (the side that was supposed to come with my husband's meal) maybe that also explains the tiny portions, they were running out,but bigger portions would have meant more horrible food uneaten! It did mean that we got the desserts free though, because they weren't what we ordered. My daughter had the chicken Parm and didn't eat any of it, both our dishes came with pasta (penne/spaghetti) and it tasted like it had been cooked up in water that had sat in a lime scale filled kettle for a week, it was so metallic and strange tasting we couldn't eat it. When the food did come, it was bland and tasteless (except for the marinara sauce which drowned out everything.) My chicken dish was supposed to come in a white wine, caper, lemon and butter sauce, I couldn't taste ANY of those components at all. to be expected.)
